Welcome Beach Party

  • Thank you so much for joining us on our Hawaii wedding trip! We would love to kick off the festivities with lunch, games, beach time and goodies.

    We will be providing one beach towel for each party. Please bring any other beach gear needed to have a fun day on the sand or in the water—Kapiolani Park Beach is a great snorkeling spot!

    Check with your hotel about complementary beach rentals! Queen Kapiolani has free beach towels and chairs available for guests based on availability.

    • TIME: 12-3pm

    • LOCATION: Kapiolani Park Beach (We will pick a spot the morning of to set up and we will send out the exact pinned location to everyone)

    • ATTIRE: Beach Casual, sand-ready footwear. Dress for heat! Inspo pics here.

    3:30pm Arrive at venue

    4PM ceremony

    4:30pm cocktail hour

    6pm dinner

    7pm dessert and games

    8pm dancing

    10pm shuttle pick up back to the hotel

  • This will be the last official event for the wedding week. <3 We would love to wish all of you a heartfelt thank you in-person, and a farewell to those guests who will be leaving.
